Paige Hendricks focuses her activities on consulting and program planning for for-profit and not-for-profit businesses and organizations in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. After completing her B.A. degrees in journalism and English from TCU, Paige began her career as a journalist, advertising designer and sales professional with daily and weekly newspapers in Alabama and New York. In 1978, she launched her own consulting firm, PHPR, in Dallas. She has designed internal and external PR programs for businesses and organizations, managed sensitive issues, created educational programs, created brands and refined positioning, promoted performing arts groups and interacted with media contacts around the world. Clients represent nearly every industry, benefiting from Paige’s ability to connect the dots and engage audiences in meaningful ways. Paige and her husband, Bob Russey, have between them four grown children and five grandchildren, with whom they spend as much time as possible. Bob and Paige live in Fort Worth. She loves to read, travel and dance.

Janelle Montgomery manages PHPR's operations part-time while she pursues an MA in Art History at TCU. Janelle has more than 25 years' business experience, including serving as a CFO and consulting on numerous merger and acquisition transactions. When she is not studying or working, Janelle volunteers as a docent at the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth and spends time with her family.

An educator for over four decades, Trudy Richards Welke brings a wealth of experience to PHPR where she helps administer projects and support operations. She was an elementary school teacher for 35 years, 28 of those at All Saints Episcopal School locally. Trudy holds a MS in Early Childhood Education from Tennessee Wesleyan College and a BS in Education from the University of Arkansas. Born in Odessa, Texas, she was raised in Fort Worth. She and husband Bob have two children and five granddaughters, all of whom live on the East Coast. She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

The firm employs additional seasoned strategic partners and contractors as projects demand.
